Seasonal payments:
$1000 deposit. Balance due in installment payments. Budget to be setup based on individual needs,
requirements and/or time frame. To be paid in full 2 weeks prior to beginning of rental.
Short term payments:
50% of total rental fees are due within 7 days of booking. The remainder is due 30 days prior to
check-in.
