$1000 deposit. Balance due in installment payments. To be paid in full 2 weeks prior to beginning of rental.
Short term payments:
50% of total rental fees are due within 7 days of booking. The remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.

9% VT Sales Tax $135-$250 Linen & Cleaning $200 Security Deposit $150 Hot Tub $200 Pet
